The  United Women in Faith (UWF) Chili Supper and Live Auction is scheduled for Saturday, Nov 4 in Fellowship Hall.  Doors will open at 5:30, dinner service will begin at 6pm, and the auction will start at 7pm.   

Dinner will include chili, crackers, toppings, salad, and dessert, available for a free-will donation. There is a sign-up sheet in the Welcome Center to provide a dessert for the dinner. Basket donations should be delivered to the church by Oct 22. Cash, checks, or credit cards  will be accepted for the dinner donation and basket purchases. 

Proceeds will fund UWF ministries which benefit women, children and youth, locally, nationally,  and around the world. Examples include Safehome (Johnson County Domestic Abuse Shelter), Stilwell Caring MInistries (Stilwell Food Pantry), Community for Kids (Blue Valley School District Weekend Food Backpack program), Della Lamb Community Services (KCMO), Grameen (micro finance organization providing funding for women-owned businesses), and Angel House Orphanage in Tanzania Africa.
